Free Economy Shipping

AutumnHippo offers free economy shipping to many countries across the world for all single orders over USD 75 (or equivalent in other currencies), excluding any VAT or sales taxes, if applicable. Simply choose the free option at checkout to apply free shipping to your order.

Destinations
The following destinations are applicable for free shipping, given the terms on this page are met. For all destinations, only the mainland is applicable, not any off-shore, overseas or similar territory belonging to the destination, except specifically mentioned below. If in doubt, please input your full address at checkout to see if your destination is covered.

Combining and adding to orders
Orders already shipped out cannot be combined to achieve free shipping. If you wish to add items to an existing order which has not already been shipped out, in order to achieve free shipping, please reach out to info@autumnhippo.com as soon as possible.

Splitting free shipping orders
Free shipping orders containing one or more back-ordered items will be shipped complete once all items are available. If requested, available items can be shipped at normal shipping fee, and back-ordered items shipped free later when available, if the whole order qualifies for free shipping. Only the last shipment of an order will receive free shipping, while prior shipments for the same order will be charged the normal shipping fee.

Free economy shipping
Orders applicaple for free shipping will be shipped using an economy shipping option chosen by AutumnHippo. For many destinations this will be our consolidated economy solution, which means that we will hand over packages to the forwarder in batches of a certain quantity. Since we are a small webshop, this means that some orders will experience a slight delay before being handed over if not enough orders come in at once. For most destinations, an express option will be available at checkout as well at a charge.

Charges at the destination
Free shipping covers only the shipping costs which would otherwise be charged by AutumnHippo. Any charges related to shipping or importing into the destination country, such as customs charges, taxes, duties, fees, VAT, sales taxes, etc. charged at the destination (by authorities, forwarder, or otherwise) will not be covered by AutumnHippo's free shipping.
