Payment
All amounts shown in this web store are in USD, unless otherwise stated, includes Danish sales tax for sales within the EU, and excludes shipping charges.
AutumnHippo accepts payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal. We will not add any kind of transaction fee to your purchase.
Payment will only be withdrawn from your payment method once the goods are shipped, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
AutumnHippo uses a secure and encrypted payment server, which means that the connection is entirely safe.
Delivery
We will deliver goods to Denmark, the EU, as well as most countries world-wide. We will not deliver goods to any country or person sanctioned by the EU and/or Denmark at any given time.
Orders will normally be shipped within 1-3 days. Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping mode, but is typically 1-3 days within Denmark, 1-7 days within the EU, and up to 3 weeks world-wide. However, if the cheaper "consolidated" shipping option is chosen (available for some destinations), please expect an additional up to 3 weeks of shipping time, as these shipments are only shipped when enough orders have been consolidated.
Goods are delivered by Postnord, postal service, DPD, GLS, Dao, FedEx, UPS, depending on destination.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for all items bought by private persons from our web store.
This period will be counted from the day when you received your order. Return cost will be covered by you, and you are free to choose any freight forwarder.
You must initiate the return by contacting us at info@autumnhippo.com no more than 30 days after receiving your order. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. The item must be received by us no more than 30 days after we send you return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Determining the condition of the item will be up to AutumnHippo. If the item has been tried on or otherwise tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functions of the item, it will be considered as used and of degraded value. This means that you will receive a smaller or no refund compared to what you paid for the item.
The original shipping costs for sending you the item will not be refunded.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders and personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that goods being returned to sender due to not having been collected from a service point, parcel shop, parcel locker, etc., in due time counts as a return. Also, goods being returned to sender due to any applicable customs duties/tariffs/taxes/fees/etc. not being paid in due time counts as a return. This means that you will be refunded the price of the goods, but not of the shipping. Also, most freight forwarders will charge for the return shipping. In this case, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the goods price before being refunded. Different freight forwarders have different deadlines in different countries for collection, but typically goods will be returned after not having been collected after 1 week, or in some cases after 2 weeks.
Right to Complain
As per the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2 year Right to Complain is offered on products. The right to complain covers faults in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint must be initiated with AutumnHippo within reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, a month is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The right to complain does not cover faults or damages caused by incorrect use of the product.
AutumnHippo will cover return expenses to a reasonable extent. In this case, AutumnHippo will decide the method of return shipping. Otherwise, buyer is expected to cover return costs. We will not accept packages sent on a "recipient pays" or C.O.D. basis.

Privacy Policy
When you place an order and willfully disclose information, we will receive your customer data. We will handle your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes they have been collected.
We are using third parties for handling some of our information, such as in handling of shipping, which has not been developed by AutumnHippo. We have agreements of information handling in place with our partners as a guarantee that they will conform to all rules of protection of personal information.

If you have a complaint, and we are not able to find a solution together, you are able to use one of the following options for complaints:
